Ingredients:
3 to 4 pounds chicken pieces
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup plain yogurt
Preparation:Brown chicken pieces in the oil; remove chicken and brown onions. Add salt and chicken broth; return chicken to pan. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove chicken and blend yogurt into the pan drippings; heat through but do not boil. Pour sauce over chicken and serve over hot noodles.
